CEO
media service:
The CEO of a Frankfurt based US/German consulting corporation
with 1,200 employees needed a specialist media review which
gave the CEO a weekly analysis of the German media. NEWEST
PRODUCTIONS created this service to complement the work
of the internal PR department. The extra service helped
to give qualitative guidance for further PR decisions within
the company as well as a more informed brief to the CEO.
NEWEST PRODUCTIONS now give a weekly briefing session to
the companies’ PR department and to the CEO, who gets a
two page report on his desk every Monday morning. The report
is a media assessment that includes all the relevant stories,
radio/TV coverage of the company, an analyis of the main
competitors, trend barometers within the German media and
political elite and forecasts of upcoming risk issues that
will be given high attention in the press and that the company
may need to respond to.
Media
training:
A top analyst of a German based Frankfurt Bank was relocating
to London. Although he was prepared for the move by the
banks’ own relocation coaches, the analyst was not
experienced with the British media.
NEWEST PRODUCTIONS designed a four week media-training
programme in London with British journalists, editors, voice
coaches and actors of the Royal Shakespeare Company to enable
the German analyst to understand the way that the British
media thinks and works and train him to perform well in
front of the camera and the microphone. The analyst now
has regular performances on CNBC, BBC World Television,
Bloomberg TV, BBC radio.
Re-branding
video/dvd
A US corporation of 600 employees based in London was preparing
a re- branding of its own brand after a merger. Over a time
stretch of four months, NEWEST PRODUCTIONS worked with a
small team within the company to produce a DVD/video. Our
brief was to document the re-branding sessions arranged
for the employees and film a short interview with the CEO.
NEWEST PRODUCTIONS created a short film which showed a
dynamic company in transition. The finished product has
been of use internally and externally. The film enabled
the board of directors to have an idea of how successful
the training sessions were for the employees, and it also
is a film which is presented to clients, potential customers,
employees and for the acquisition of future consultants.
